Love My new refrigerator! They thought of everything. It is the same size as our last side by side refrigerator but has so much more room. The door shelves are deep on both sides which gives me so much room for all those condiments and other things.

We have only had it for about a month, so far so good. Upon arrival/delivery there was a bit of a hiccup as our water line was connected by copper tubing and the 3rd party delivery service is not able to install when the water line is copper. So double check that and plan accordingly. Our delivery situation (other than that) was good. Initially the seal for the freezer didn™™t seem to sealCorrectly at the top but with a few adjustments we were able to fool around with the seal and seems to be working as it should. One of the shelves came cracked but usable. Love the lighting in the fridge, love the two ice makers- makes ice well. It has more space than our previous fridge- so overall happy with this purchase. temperature seems to be consistent with what it says. Per other review, we did have a thermometer in both fridge and feeezer and the temp matches what it is set to for the most part. Produce drawers are big but are a limited in how far you can pull them out, but not a deal breaker. Love the adjustable shelves, love the spaces for jars/condiments so it doesn™™t have to take up valuable main fridge space. All and all, so far so good.

I really did not need the "dual Ice" storage. The storage at the top is adequate for us since there are only 2 of us. The salesman at Lowes told me the ice storage area in the freezer could be turned off. I would rather have that room in the freezer for frozen foods since we do not normally need that much ice. We have not found a way to turn off the ice dropping into that storage area. Have searched on- line an utube videos but have found nothing on how to do this. I believe the salesman was just telling us that.

after shopping around I thought it was the best bye for the money. Also it was a plus that I got from a local dealer at a fair price. It really is a nice unit that fits well where I needed. It is almost slient and I really like the round ice much better than the common cresent shaped cubes.

We've only had the new fridge installed for a few days, but I'm already happy with the aesthetics of the unit and the performance. The unit cooled downed quick and has maintained temperature. My only complaint would be the amount of plastic that the unit ships with, but that is for protection, so definitely better to have than not.

Good but flawed

Fridge has been overall good and we are overall happy with it but there are a couple of issues with it already. The first I don™™t think can be fixed and that is it™™s too loud. It runs constantly and there™™s a hum from the compressor nonstop. The he second issue is that the temp sensor is broken or something because it is overcooling. I have the temp set to 37 and things were freezing. I put a digital temp sensor in it and it was like 24. I turned up the temp on the fridge to 42 and now my secondary temp sensor says it™™s 35.

Unit is a good value. There are some weird characteristics of this fridge. The door bins are awkward except the large bin. The others are inefficient. Crisper drawers cannot be opened without fully opening both doors. Should be able to open one door and also pull out the crisper drawer behind it.

Great refrigerator for my limited space

When I went to find my new refrigerator, I was very limited on my selection because of the configuration of my kitchen. Needed counter depth but not higher than 68 inches which was a challenge. This one perfectly fits, and LOOKS GREAT! I love all the space in the top portion, and really like that there are 2 ice storage compartments. I love my ice! The only slight negative is I don't love the freezer drawer space, it's a little hard to organize. But not enough of a problem for me not to be very pleased with this purchase!

I've been without a refrigerator since approximately Aug 27. I bought the 5yr extended warranty.The Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator started making noises on Aug 26. - On Aug 28 the refrigerator started showing the "Hi Temp" message on the front. We checked for vent blockages and reset the system. - On Sep 3 my wife called me about water under the refrigerator. The lower freezer drawer was malfunctioning and our frozen food was thawing. I called the Electrolux service number and was told that a tech would be available on Sep 6. - Sep 4 the refrigerator started warming up and I contacted Electrolux service again to explain we needed a tech immediately replacement refrigerator. I was told "You have to wait for a technician on Sep 6"- Sep 5 we lost ALL OF OUR FOOD.- Sep 6 the tech came by and he stated it appears to be the power board. He requested the part for order.- Sep 13 the technician installed the part but the refrigerator was still not working. I called Electrolux again for certified tech to look at the refrigerator. The representative said the earliest date available was Sep 27.- As of today Sep 20, we don't have a working refrigerator and have to wait another week and hope the technician knows what's wrong with our 4 month old Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator.

We are enjoying our new Frigidaire refrigerator, even though we weren™™t planning on getting another so soon. Our comparable GE fridge laster less than 6 years in our new home. Options that I appreciate with the Frigidaire are the ice storage in the pull out freezer and additional shelving inside the fridge. The storage space in the fridge does feel smaller than our previous unit but the ice maker makes up for it!
